We are in Brescia and not in France where the name could, except in deception, two brothers who produce 30,000 bottles per year, playing with all international vines.
In this case we are with a pure Chardonnay that ages 9 years on the lees, before being taken out.
Small, decisive, straightforward, a straight bubble that pervades your palate and leaves a solid citric aftertaste due to the grape, nothing is added during processing.
We recommend it with fish throughout the meal, time will give it a nice evolution.
