Oberstein Salis Sauvignon Blanc 2018

Made from 100% Sauvignon grapes, this wine impresses with its complexity both on the nose and on the palate. The aging of perfectly ripe and selected grapes often takes place with several passages in the vineyard. Most (up to 70%) remains in 500l wooden barrels while a smaller part is aged in steel vats for almost a year. A further six months of maturation in the bottle follows.
